Shipping policy 

International Shipping Rates - PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY TO PLACE ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

All in-house orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please review the product page for any special conditions regarding shipping lead times, or contact us if you have any questions.

All dropship or special item orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Drop-ship order shipping times vary depending on manufacturer and/or backorder status. Some items shipping will be charged when the actual item ships, which means you will receive either a second invoice or another notification when your order is ready to ship. 

Domestic Shipping Rates - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise noted. Some products such as Barnstorm Dash kits, Big Bear suspension, etc. may have shipping charges calculated and billed at a later date. These special situations will be stated on the product page.

Free Shipping Orders - At times, we offer free shipping on certain products. Please note that this only applies to specific orders and addresses within the 48 continuous states. Any shipping outside the US is excluded from any and all free shipping promotions, and cost will be figured out once the order is placed. 

Due to varying lead times - shipping costs may change. If the shipping cost at the time of actual shipping varies from when the original payment was made- the purchaser will be notified and required to cover the difference. 

 

Returns and Order Cancellations 
Clothing & Banners- We accept returns on clothing & banners that are unopened and in original packaging. up to 10 days after original order date. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. If free shipping was applied to original order, this amount will be deducted from any refund. We do cover the cost of return shipments. 

We do not accept returns on any customized items or orders. This may include but is not limited to color specific mirrors, hand controls, chachos, wheels, as well as exhaust pipes, carbon fiber items, 3rd party branded special order items, etc.

Please contact us before returning your item(s) for prior approval, or contact us if you have any questions.

Returns will be honored within 30 days (10 days for clothing & banners) from original purchase following the below:

  • All returns are subject to prior written approval, must be in original product packaging, undamaged and unused.
  • A 20% restocking fee for all Forever Rad products, and a 25% restocking fee for all 3rd Party products is deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are given once the items are received, inspected, and approved by Forever Rad.
  • Please note that we do not refund shipping fees. Customers will be responsible for the costs associated with returning their products.
  • If free shipping was provided on the original order, this will be deducted from any refund provided.
  • Additional fees may be charged if returned item(s) are not unopened/in original product packaging, or show any signs of wear/use/damage.
  • Special order, discounted products are non-refundable / non-returnable.
  • Customer is responsible for any damage to the product in transit back to us. We highly suggest insuring parts for full value with tracking. Returned products lost in transit will not be covered by us, that is the shipper's responsibility. Insurance is highly recommended. Damaged products are subject to inspection and may be denied return depending on the damage incurred. WHEN SHIPPING AN ITEM, WE SUGGEST USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE - AGAIN WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST RETURN AND WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.
  • You will receive a notification once a refund has been submitted. Most banks take 5-10 business days to apply refunds back to your original form of purchase. If applicable, a 5% fee may be deducted from your refund due to costs associated with certain payment processors.

"On Sale", "blemished" and "discontinued" items are final sale. NO RETURNS

Order Cancellations - We address these on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please reach out to us via email with your order information and reason for cancellation or return. We will try our best to work towards a solution. 
 
Damaged Packages - In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kyle@foreverrad.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We strongly suggest you reach out prior to ordering if you wish to add additional insurance to your order.
