Frequently Asked Questions
If you currently have OUR Forever Rad LP6 kit and want to switch to a DOT LP6. It is best to remove your entire kit and sell it. Trust us, you won't have a problem moving it.
Will your current bracket work? Yes
Will your current LP6 harness work? Yes, however, the DRL portion will work on high beam only, where our DOT harness is set up to work with low beam only. In our opinion, the low beam is where DRL is needed on the DOT LP6 because it gives additional, usable light output. If you are okay with this explanation, then yes, u can purchase a solo DOT LP6 light and use it with your current harness.
Can you modify your current LP6 harness to make it work? No, your harness will not operate properly. Additionally, u would lose warranty on your harness.
Do you sell solo DOT harnesses that can be converted to DOT LP6? Yes, but only with the combined purchase of the DOT LP6 Light from us.
